VIK Folding Kayak FAQs

The uniqueness of the VIK series lies in the combination of extreme assembly speed and the innovative hollow-chamber plate construction. While classic folding boats require a separate frame, with our boats, the hull is also the skeleton, making the VIK 3.8 PRO ready for use in just 3 to 8 minutes. Furthermore, we develop and produce directly in our Berlin production facility, which guarantees maximum precision through CNC technology and exceptional bending stiffness, equivalent to the handling of a rigid-hull boat.

Yes, sustainability is a cornerstone of our production in Berlin. Through local manufacturing and collaboration with almost exclusively European suppliers, we minimize CO2 emissions through short transport routes. Furthermore, we focus on extreme durability and reparability instead of short-lived cheap imports, which conserves resources and significantly reduces the ecological footprint of your hobby.

Ordering & Payment

In our online shop, you can pay via Klarna invoice, PayPal, and credit card (VISA, MasterCard). Your account will be charged immediately by the respective payment provider.

Yes. You can easily pay for your order in 3, 6, or more installments via PayPal or Klarna.

Klarna and PayPal are third-party providers. Please inform yourself directly with Klarna or PayPal about their payment terms.

You have the option to order as a guest in our online shop or to create a user account. You can create a user account in a few steps directly here in the shop. After your registration, you will receive an email with a confirmation link that you need to click once. With your customer account, you have the option to view your orders and check the shipping status. You place an order by adding your desired item to the shopping cart and clicking the button: To Checkout. Now enter your contact information and your payment method and complete the purchase.

Your order is processed automatically and handed over to our delivery service provider immediately. Direct cancellation is therefore not possible. However, you have the option of returning the package to us free of charge. In this case, please send an e-mail to support@clr-outdoor.com. We will then contact you and send you a return label by e-mail.

No, discounts and promotions can only be used once per order.

Shipping & Delivery

Normally, delivery time within Germany is 2-3 business days. We hand over orders to our parcel carriers Monday through Thursday until 12:00 PM. We cannot influence delivery delays caused by the parcel service.

Shipping costs in our shop are calculated automatically at checkout.

Our kayaks are shipped in a standard box measuring 80 x 60 x 35 cm and delivered directly to your door without any problems.

Currently, we only ship within Germany. If you live in another country, please contact us via our contact form, and we will provide you with a customized offer.

The parcel carrier depends on your delivery address:

Germany: UPS or DHL

Austria/Switzerland: in consultation with us

Other: DHL International

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service as the package is too large for the parcel locker and we primarily ship with UPS.

Returns & Exchanges

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the condition of the goods and then refund the amount to you. We will use the same payment method that you chose for your order.

Once we have received your return, we will check the contents of the package. We will then confirm receipt of the return by email. It can take up to 10 days to receive a confirmation with all the refund details.
